It's taken a week to package a 2 dollar cable, tracking is basically non existent, communication sucks. Was told my cable would be delivered today but when you check the site it says it's being packaged. I will never order from them again. Update they still haven't contacted me yet. I finally got ahold of someone and they blamed it on a warehouse expansion. Not my problem. 2.5 weeks to get a cable is ridiculous. The actual rating should be negative stars.

This is my first experience with the company and it will probably be my last. My situation echos most of the other recent ones that I've read. I ordered my item on Aug 25th and nothing has happened. When I have communicated with someone on chat they just tell me there are delays with no details on when it will be shipped. When you see their Notice under an item your purchasing that says: "We expect most orders to be shipped and delivered in the next 5-7 business days" assume that your order doesn't fall into "Most".

Delayed Shipping from August as well. Same thing with customer service, tell you the same thing every time you call with no action after the call. The agents comments are so exact I am sure they are reading from a script. Save yourself the hassle, buy from someone else.

Wow! one day shipping?? I have been waiting 5 days so far! I think if they were to "open a new location" and delay shipments they would be more transparent in the ordering process. Luke

I placed an online order on 8/15/2021. According the email confirmation of my order, the estimated shipping date was 8/16/2021. I live chatted with an agent on 8/25/2021, as my order had not shipped. I requested a refund and was told that I would receive an email confirmation and a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. I received no email confirmation and no refund. The order also did not ship. I live chatted 5 business days later, on September 1, with another agent, and recounted the details above. I again requested a refund, as I have already ordered and received similar products from another company (and for about half the price Monoprice charged). He said that the order was in process and should ship out within 1-2 business days. I insisted on a refund. I was again told that the refund would take 3-5 business days. I pointed out that I was told the same thing 5 business days prior, and I still have not received a refund. He promised to “keep an eye on it to make sure it will be canceled.” I thanked the agent for his assistance, told him that I will look forward to his followup within 4 business days, and that I would be opening a dispute with the credit card company in 4 business days if I have not received a refund. UPDATE (9/4/21): After posting this review as well as emailing the company's escalations department, I was contacted almost immediately by a customer service supervisor, who assured me that my order would be canceled and that I would receive a full refund. Today, I received a full refund.

Very disappointed, been waiting 12 days now, still no update on my order. Not the monoprice I remember. In this era of Amazon & eBay not sure why i'd order from monoprice again given the slow order fulfillment & the $10 shipping & handling charge.

I am in the same boat, placed order last Monday, and status is still showing 'process..', chat with them, not help. I still remember during I was placing order, there was clock which is counted down and said you have xx hour xx min to place order which shipped today... they are lying ...

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to throw my negative review in as well. This isn't the Monoprice I've relied on in the past. 10 days now and still don't have my order, even though they said it was shipping the next day. Sure, they'll reply to this promptly, but it's just a stall. What they really need to do is resolve whatever disconnect/delay they have in their fulfillment department.
