Great customer service with great value products

My brother-in-law introduced me to Monoprice many years ago and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve bought HDMI cables, headphones, portable charges and charging cables and their products stand up to the high end brands and at a better price point and the quality is superior. Monoprice stands behind every product they sell and I’m never afraid to buy their products.

I bought the Monoprice 5 watt tube amp from Amazon on 12/13/19 and it stopped working on 1/2/2020. I contacted Amazon and they were out of stock so I contacted Monoprice directly and got their Amazon support channel. I contacted them on a Friday afternoon and had a RMA # and shipping label first thing Monday morning. I shipped the amp back and received a replacement a week later. Thanks Monoprice.

The only products I have purchased have been mobile device cables, which not only have lifetime warranty, but are very durable. These cables (especially the lighting cables)are so well built that they last longer than the cables that come with your mobile devices. One of the best companies to purchase products from!!!
