A tech geek friend recommended Monoprice to me years ago. I had been buying overpriced, big name brand audio, HDMI cables, cords and tech accessories and my friend pointed out that I could buy the same and better made items with much lower prices thru Monoprice. Quick delivery and my Monoprice items are still working great. The big name brands stopped functioning long ago. Recently, either UPS or USPS lost my order in transit and Monoprice quickly responded and sent a replacement across the U.S. in two day delivery. Great customer service.

Love Monoprice. Good quality stuff for reasonable prices. Avoid the dirt cheap versions of the cables unless it's just a once-in-a-long-while thing. Their moderate quality ones are still pretty cost-effective and a lot more consistently reliable. Customer service is very good and their online chat service is prompt and very helpful.

I have been buying products from MONO PRICE now for several years. There customer service is quick to respond and to solve your problem. I buy Apple lightning wire and love the warranty. If you don't save your receipts its ok because you can always find it in your history. Thanks MONO Price.

I've been a customer for years. Consistently good products at low prices. Customer service has been excellent; twice I've had cables with a lifetime warranty go bad and they've replaced them instantly with no requirement that I send the old one back. I'll be a customer for life.
