Monoprice is a misleading company. You buy items online and say they the following 30 day money back guarantee but they don't say that you have to pay for the shipping back along with the fact that you are liable for shipping. For a 90 dollar guitar its gonna cost 40 dollars to ship it. Misleading at a minimum.

I pair dolby Atmos Speakers £507.98 Faulty Speaker,sent email,was told they would send replacement, they never did. Was told to Print of returns Lable,next day speakers collected by UPS, Told my money was Refunded twice by Email Still not been refunded 3 Emails sent none Answered All I got was an Automated Reply To say they received by Email I am now leaving it with Barclaycard to get my Money Back If you want a company you can Trust DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IN MY OPINION BASED ON THE FACTS WHICH HAPPENED TO ME.

Looks like I'm just another customer that got the Monoprice screw over. I've been a customer for over 10 years and ordered item on Sept 3rd, 27 days later still no item. USPS tracking stops on Sept 14 and Monoprice agrees item is lost. But three emails and two telephone calls later with a bunch of promises from Monoprice to refund the purchase price... Still no refund. Worst on-line purchasing experience I've ever had. Monoprice simply doesn't care, and they have shown that at every opportunity. I was told they had to open an RMA to issue a refund, but the RMA refund shows pending for the last 7 days.... I'm assuming they are in financial trouble and need every penny they can get their hands on why else wouldn't they issue a refund in a timely manner. They have lost a customer because I'll never buy from them again.

Jason Stevens Below put it write. If you can't fulfill orders do not lie to your customers. They are not coming back. At least I won't. Lets count the lies. 1) If you go to the website, it says delivery within TWO days. I placed my order on 9/13 and by 9/20 I canceled and requested a refund. Another 10 days went by and I keep receiving "Apologetic" emails about their new warehouse causing delays, their delays in answering emails in customer support, etc. etc. blah, blah, blah and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. 2) Another one. Call customer support and the wait is ALWAYS 5 or 6 minutes they say...when in reality you may end up, like it happened to me, over 45 minutes. 3) Last but not least. You speak asking for a supervisor and they tell you one will call you in a few minutes....I AM STILL WAITING ALSO. 4) You will keep getting these Surveys about the rep that "helped you" so that you can rate him/her. AND THEY WILL KEEP COMING AND COMING... WHAT A DISSASTER! To be continued....

Ordered headphones on sale in august. A couple weeks went by, shipment never came through. Label was printed, but never left the warehouse. Contacted support, they offered a replacement. Unfortunately now it’s out of stock so I’m out of luck on the sale item I purchased. Offered refund only. Haggled with support to offer discount on another set of headphones. Still more expensive than the ones I wanted, but looked like they might be decent headphones. Another couple weeks went by, still no shipment. Same deal; label printed, never left the warehouse. If you can’t fulfill orders you should just shut down the website. This has been super frustrating and I’m having a hard time seeing myself ordering from monoprice again. Have been a loyal customer for many many years.

I placed an order on 8/25/2021. On 8/28, I received shipping notification- it never made it past saying it was “packed”. On 9/7, I placed an online inquiry— never received a response despite their website saying 1 business day. Then on 9/10/2021, I chatted with customer service and a replacement order was made. It never shipped! On 9/24/2021, I did customer service chat again. A new replacement order was made again! Now it is 3 days later, that item also shows not shipped. This clearly represents a major lapse in quality control that after 3 tries, my item still hasn’t shipped.

Love this company --- but something has happened to their shipping- it's a disaster lately. I would advise against ordering from here until they sort it out. I believe it's due to a new warehouse?

Slow shipping, weeks later I'm still waiting for my cables! I ordered a couple of cables from Monoprice, since they used to be decent. Big mistake - it has been three weeks and I'm still waiting. A week ago they sent me a tracking number but still haven't actually shipped anything. What a hassle, never again.
