Nothing constructive to say other than your refurbished equipment is garbage 3 times your tech in goldsboro had to change out your equipment because it malfunctioned. Malfunctioned on Dec 2nd left me stranded in the middle of a four way stop light. Dec 3rd your equipment will be removed. I'm going to smart tech. Your equipment is refurbished garbage.

Ashlee was amazing. She answered the phone before it even rang, I think. My appt for calibration was 2 days away and my device was telling me it required service next day. She helped me with the courtesy override code to reset the device to match the appt. She was courteous, bubbly, and very helpful!

Claudia Adarme, was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Her customer service was great, she was calm, patient, and she gave me a fast application process. I had my appointment within ten minutes of talking with her. Not everyone these days gets five stars, Claudia Adarme does. -Abraham K.

I have had a few issues with the device (the first time my fault for keeping it plugged in for days and not driving my car), but this last issue was not on me. The device was malfunctioning and will need to be taken in for service. Ashlee was my representative and she is MILES ABOVE the other people I've talked to. She was attentive, understood my problem, and (most importantly) didnt try to blame it on my car/car battery (which is new) being the issue. She made sure to make a note of the issue for my upcoming appointment and made me feel better about the issue overall. Other reps have been....less professional (and a bit judgemental) to say the least. If you call in, I hope you get Ashlee (or a similarly professional/helpful representative).

I had the monitech device installed in my vehicle on November 10th. In the last 12 days I have been stranded due to malfunctioning devices twice, had to call customer service multiple times along with my partner being inconvenienced by making adjustments to his already extremely busy work schedule to make sure I am able to get to work. The 2 times I have been stranded without a vehicle I have been a hour and a half from home. I’m very, very unsatisfied. My partner had a monitech device in the late 90s and said he never had the problems I’ve had to deal with. I am requesting an early termination and I’m hopeful the company will waive any early termination fees due to ongoing problems their devices have created for myself and loved ones ones since installation not even 2 weeks ago.
