Thank you for sharing such kind words about Brenda. Exceptional service is what we strive for every day, and knowing that your experience reflected that means a lot to us.

Brenda is a sweet and delightful woman. She went through every step of every payment I made and we were able to recognize that I was overcharged $170 through autopay right after I paid $102 over the phone. She was patient, listened carefully, and did a great job explaining every charge to my account over the past 40 days. I have worked in customer service for twenty years and I have managed two businesses in finer dining. Brenda's customer service is truly exceptional. I hope she is paid well, because she really deserves it. She is amazing at her job.

The Lady I spoke with was extremely professional, kind an patient. She kept checking back with me to ensure the wheels were turning on her end to satisfy my concerns. I hung up looking forward to giving her the praise she deserves. I highly recommend her type of personality as your top hiring criteria. JDW:)

It’s a racket for the reset violations. Only from not blowing hard enough…one $450 in 3 months for the resets!!!

We appreciate your feedback. While device settings are set by state regulations, our team works hard to train customers, so they feel confident using the interlock. Monitech's Resolution Manager will be reaching out to walk you through the settings, answer questions, and provide any support you may need.

I believe the call center has a lot of improvements to make. 30 minute hold times on a telephone is not professional under any circumstances. They do great once they answer and technician are good. But to me it’s a lot of time wasted.
