Stay away from this place. The quality is terrible and if you try to request a return they charge an insane restocking fee. Completely ridiculous

I should have read these reviews. I ordered a Mother of the Bride dress “to try on” and see if I wanted to keep. I returned my dress to the address listed on the shipping label (a US address). Turns out, they do not give you a return receipt because you have to return to Hong Kong. And they charge you a 28% restocking fee. Not happy at all.

I ordered a formal gown for a charity gala, and it was absolutely stunning. The fit was great, and the color matched the photos. The only issue was that the dress arrived with some wrinkles from shipping, so I had to steam it before wearing. Overall, a fantastic buy!

The dress was received on time. The color and size were as described.

Terrible return policy. Basically impossible to ship back anything to them because the charges to ship back are prohibitive. Be prepared to get back 1/3 of what you paid

Do not trust any positive reviews on this company's site. The pictures and reviews are fake and the merchandise you'll receive will not look anything like their site photos. The fabric is cheap and accessories (buttons and belt buckles will be cheap plastic and stitching subpar). If you want to return (which you will) they will offer you one third of what you paid to keep the awful item. I called their bluff and told them I wanted to return the item. They still were going to charge me a 28% restocking fee plus I had to pay for shipping back to Hong Kong ($68) even though they have a warehouse in the US. The item was sent in Sept/2024 with USPS tracking. Tracking showed the item cleared customs in Hong Kong, but Mondressy never accepted the item. When that happens, the item is returned to sender. Mondressy knows that - all they have to do is not accept the item. Please be careful with this company. They are not trustworthy nor is their merchandise worth your time. Hope to save you some frustration.

I need to return some dresses am within the 15 day policy. Mondressy refuses to send me a RMA and address to return the dresses. They wanted to first know if there was something they could do to help me like the dresses. I don't need the dresses and they are delaying a response. I don't think they are going to honor their policy. I'm not sure how to deal with them at this point when they won't respond to the email.

I paid hundreds of dollars for 2 figure skating dresses listed as "ships in 6-8 days" and paid for expedited shipping only for the dresses to never show up and the only response I got from customer service was that they were "out of the fabric but it was in stock now". And still, with the fabric magically in stock the day they emailed the dresses never showed up. Garbage company.
