If I could give ZERO stars I would
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. Knew it would take a week or so, no problem. I would check the tracking every couple of days. When I checked one day I saw that it had been delivered the week before. But not to me! When I questioned they sent me a picture of the courier handing the package to some woman. The picture showed her standing in a drive of some kind that could not possible be mine. I have been going back and forth with Mondressy and the courier for over a week now and I just want my money back but they refuse. What kind of company is this???

Do not order anything from this website. The merchandise comes from China, sizes are inaccurate and there is no way to return it, good luck!☹️

MONDRESSY IS THE WORST PLACE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A WEDDING DRESS THEY ARE LOCATED IN CHINA AND IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERY THING AND THEY CHARGE $40 STOCKING FEE SO IT WILL COST YOU OVER $140 AND THE DRESS SMEEL FUNKY

Although I was concerned about this online order, this company relieved my concerns. The purchase took alittle longer than I expected but I received it, nicely packaged, no wrinkles, and above my expectations. I am very happy with it

I ordered 2 outfits on February 1
I ordered 2 outfits on February 1, 2025. Each costing $179.00 and have yet to receive either one or any response other than the confirmation emails on both. I have sent an email and received no response. According to the website shipping and processing information I should have received these items within 16 days.

My daughter and I both ordered dresses from Mondressy. I ordered a mother of the bride dress and she ordered her prom dress. They arrived in a very quick 10 days and we were thrilled with the quality and the fit about the dresses. I recommend the site to anyone looking for a special dress! And the customer service is fantastic!
