TO SAY THE SERVICE AND DRESS WAS HORRENDOUS WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT THE DELIVERY WHICH WAS TO BE 7-10 WORKING DAYS TOOK 22 WORKING DAYS AND WHEN I DID RECEIVE MY DRESS IT WAS OF POOR QUALITY BOTH IN MATERIAL AND TAILORING THERE WAS A STRIP ADDED IN THE LENGTH OF THE BACK WHICH LOOKED TO BE THERE SO THE DRESS WAS THE SIZE I REQUIRED. I WOULD ADVISE TO KEEP WELL CLEAR OF MONDRESSY

The pants suit was exactly what they presented. It fit well and was a hit.

The dress more than met my expectations, it is beautiful and well made. I will definitely tell anyone who asks where I received it from and to shop here.

You should NOT buy from this company, because if your dress does not fit in any way, you are sunk! I could barely breathe in the size I ordered, so contacted the company. I was first offered a discount on future purchases (I said no way!), then a minimal refund. But I wanted more money back, so I foolishly sent the dress back to them (in China) which they REFUSED and SENT BACK to me. They did eventually tell me to keep the dress and refunded my money, but the whole experience wasn't worth it. My only regret is that I did not read the reviews first. Buyer beware!

Bought 2 dresses, one was pictured as black but it was called Regency, since Regency is not a colour, I bought the ‘black’ dress. I received the ugliest purple dress with literally dollar store sequins on the shoulders. Of course they’re not wanting to refund because I bought ‘regency’. Nowhere on their site it states that returns are to an address in China, so between their ‘restocking fee’ and postal charges, there’s basically nothing left. These companies should be banned from the Canadian marketplace. All their reviews are sickly sweet, so they can’t be real.

Wonderful mother of the bride dress for my daughter’s wedding. The dress fit almost perfectly. Just needed a small hem and shoulders adjusted. The dress felt wonderful on.
