They really did a awesome job with the dress and they basically let me redesign my own dress exactly the way I wanted and let me choose not only any color but multiple colors! Thanks again for the beautiful dress of my dreams!

Purchased a dress for a wedding and was worried buying it from a Facebook ad. Turns out the dress is beautiful and I got a ton of compliments. The bodice is really well constructed and no bra was really needed. The dress was long for me, as I’m 5’4”, so had to get it altered.

This is an absolute scam. They advertise "Free Returns!" My mom ordered two dresses to try on, because the website says that RETURNS ARE FREE WITHIN 15 DAYS, and that shipping costs only apply after that 15 day period. As soon as she received the dresses and they didn't fit well, she started the return process. They said that their return policy requires a 25% restocking fee and the buyer to pay for the shipping costs. This require to pay for shipping is NOWHERE on their website. They need to either be transparent on their site, or start giving customers the service they deserve.

I received my dress today and it will need a lot of alterations to fit properly. The bodice is huge and the jacket is long in selves and big in body. The hem also needs to be shortened. I ordered a regular size and not custom but this is just not going to work. After reading the reviews regarding the shipping costs to return I will eat this and learn never to order from company out of country again.

Dresses way too big. Went to return and items must be returned to Hong Kong. Shipping was way too expensive. The label that came with the shopping was from Queens NY, very misleading. Return policy stinks!

I was skeptical given some of the reviews. I decided to order a fabric swatch first to see if I got what I wanted. The swatch took about 5 weeks to come, but color was good (I was looking for orange) so I ordered the dress. I used the personalized measurement option. The dress was delivered in less than 1 week! Fit is almost perfect and very high quality product. I will order from here again.

For my daughter’s wedding We both thought this dress and colour would be perfect! So I ordered a dress to a specific size! I couldn’t even do the zip up! For the money I expected better. The quality seemed to be of a high standard, but it was shoved in a bag, sent from china and there were holes in the bag! How do you get rid of those creases?
