I ordered a dress from this company. It arrived 2 sizes too small. After a lot or correspondence I returned I posted it back to Hong Kong, but the warehouse refused to accept it. Do not buy from Mondressy as they will not resolve any problems.

I can highly recommend Mondressy. They were extremely helpful with making my outfit longer as requested and when it arrived it was perfect. A lovely garment and very helpful staff.

Mondressy was fantastic! They corresponded with us frequently and amazingly got the custom dress completed and delivered in under 3 weeks! I was extremely impressed with the quality-the dress is beautiful and looked incredible on our daughter. We would've paid 3-4x more for the same dress and quality in the US and it never would've been done in time! THANK YOU Mondressy! We highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

From initiating my order until I received my custom-sized dress, Mondressy was flawless. I took my own measurements, input the information in the respective fields, requested a "midaxi" length instead of the full length that was pictured online, took advantage of the discount (10%?), and placed my order. Within a few days, I responded to an email to confirm the special length. My dress was in my hands within three weeks of placing the order. The dress arrived inside out to protect the embellishments during the overseas shipping, and it fits like a glove. I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Mondressy! I'll be ordering a mother-of-the-bride dress for my next daughter when that time comes.

While the website advertise unparallel service with commitment to customer service with the ease and comfort of shopping at home. This has been far from my experience .Upon recieving my order i notified the company that i would like to return the item. For 2 weeks they have given me every run around in the book as to why i should keep the dress. Per their return policy i have requested a RMA number unsuccessfully. Sometimes they answer my e-mail sometimes not. I strongly CAUTION anyone from ordering from this website repeated calls and e-mail have gotten nowhere but a lose of $140 dollars. I ordered my mother of the bride dress and waited a few weeks for it to arrive. When it did it was good quality but sadly it didn’t fit me as well as I had hoped. So I emailed them like it says and they tried to convince me to get it altered. After another few emails they told me that I would only get £69 back from the £99 I had previously paid for the dress and postage if I continue to send the dress back. I was led to believe this company were in the uk as the web page was uk also the email address had uk too. I am now having to keep the dress I don’t want and getting a 25% refund apparently. The service is terrible and I would definitely definitely not recommend using this company. They make it look like it free returns but please please be aware it’s not!! AVOID AVOID.
