I was looking for a dress to wear for my niece’s wedding
I was looking for a dress to wear for a wedding. When I found this dress online it looked perfect. I was so happy when I had forgotten to answer one of the ordering questions and the company reached out to rectify the issue. Once I answered they ordered the dress the way I wanted! They were so nice. The dress arrived in plenty of time, and it came looking exactly the way I had hoped it would and fit exactly like it was described in the description. I wore it to the wedding I was going to and everyone loved it also! I would use this store any time I need a dress for a fancy event!!!

They were so responsive and on top of…
They were so responsive and on top of my order I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My dress was sent without the specifications I had asked for but they took full responsibility and rectified the situation. They sent me a brand new dress at top speed with everything taken care of. As well as answering my emails in a timely fashion as well. If I need to get gown again I will be sure to look here first.

DO NOT ORDER! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!
In a past review I explained my experience with the dress I ordered and the return experience. I write today to warn anyone against purchasing from this fraudulent company. After several back and forth emails to return my purchase I was finally given an address to return to. Even though my dress arrived to me from a NY, USA address, the return address was in Hong Kong and cost $48.80 to return. Mondressy would not refund me until receipt of the package and would not refund the shipping costs. I initiated the return at the USPS n May 4th, 2026. On June 25, 2026 I received the package back as undeliverable. This company is a fraud. Do not order anything from them!!

Ordered 3 dresses for my daughters…
Ordered 3 dresses for my daughters wedding all too big an too long you have only offered to refund half of the 4016 pounds I paid I think this is a disgrace I've worked in retail never heard of it never would buy off your company again

Return nightmare
I ordered a pant, jacket, and top set. The pants fit, the top fit, but the jacket was enormous. I shipped it back to Hong Kong but USPS Intl is not able to deliver to address given. Maybe if you sent actual measurements they would do a better job. But the return process is a nightmare and a sham. I will probably end up being out way more than the actual outfit cost in the first place.

I was scammed
I was scammed! They had a picture of my order being delivered at 10;00 pm. I checked my front porch and nothing there. I have tried Communicating with them via email but they don’t respond. I have since disputed the transaction with my bank. Do not deal with them!

Zero star if there was any.
Zero star if there was any.. I Ordered a dress, what i received was very different from my orders. Does not fit and looks old 😕. Upon requesting to return the items I was giving very harsh terms including i should return the item within 10 days, pay restocking fees after it took 3 weeks to get to me. Dress with completely different color than what I ordered. Then they offered 15% out of my $159. Order a dress to Mondressy at your own risk. Very disappointed 😞
