Buyer beware!
Buyer beware! You cannot return items. Return items have to be shipped to Hong Kong despite the fact that there is a shipping hub in California. I could not get a return label. I measured correctly. The outfits were oversized and could not be altered. My credit card company stepped in. There are much better dress retailers out there.

I ordered and outfit in May and was…
I ordered and outfit in May and was told it was undeliverable so got with them to deliver to another address and yet again was told undeliverable even though it was to a post office . Asked for refund and was told would only get 40% back so I argued for a month over that then was told 80% then was also told" if the bank except it" come on what bank won't take money... it is now Aug and i still have yet to receive my refund and they stopped replying to my messages.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE, my mother in law ordered an outfit for my wedding, they respond with offering you a discount, but no option to send it back, she repeatedly says she wants a refund, when sending back, as it does not fit but she keeps getting the same email Please do not reply back with, you cant find there order etc, because if you have a look I will post the photos on Google to prove, you know there is an order and you've responded, but your not letting people send there order back, I also will be informing other family members to avoid yourself and other brides and family's

Don't be fooled
Don't be fooled. Looks like UK website but when you try to return item, you can only get a 100% refund if you pay shipping costs to send it back to Canada. They do give other options where you can get 25% refund and keep the item - but why do that when it doesn't fit. This goes against UK Consumer Law. The website is called Mondressy UK and it is positioned as targeting UK consumers. Expecting customers to send items back to other countries at their own expense is considered an unfair contract term. In addition, this is not disclosed at checkout. Please avoid this company.
