MondressyReviews of mondressy.com

Purchasing experience was easy. Dress came quickly, is excellent quality, fit well, is beautiful and elegant. The color is the same as it appears online. The fit is flattering for a full figured woman. It was a little long and I had to have it hemmed; otherwise, it fit beautifully. I am very happy with this purchase.

I gave custom measurements & the 3 piece pant set fit wonderfully. It was well constructed, the color was beautiful. I could not have been more pleased

Do not make purchases on Mondressy.com, it’s scam. I lost more than $100 when I purchased $184. They sent me oversized item and their materials made by cheap. The return policy is hassle, it’s nightmare experience for me.

I ordered a dress, paid extra for expedited shipping. when it arrived, after the event, it appeared to be well made but extremely small for the size that I had ordered so I wouldnt have been able to wear it for another event. Mondressy said yes, return it, no problem, which cost me further money to send back, only to have my parcel returned to me saying "not at this address" although that was the exact details given to me. VERY unhappy with this service, never again. Buyer beware.

I wished there were some minus stars here for me to choose from. I can't believe this company is still trading considering the disgusting way they treat customers. I ordered a dress which came 2 sizes too small. I asked for a full refund and offered to return the dress. I was told I could have 15% of the total cost of £119.98 back and to keep the dress, they refused to give my full refund. Luckily, I paid by PayPal and made a claim through them. They were fantastic, they were able to obtain my full refund for me. My advice to anyone is to stay clear of Mondressy go to a proper company who value their customers and treat them with respect.

I ordered a 3 piece pantsuit with custom measurements. When it arrived, I was delighted with the color-exactly as shown in the picture. It fit perfectly with the requested adjustments. The zipper in both the pants and top is on the right side, where it is usually found on the left, but this is not a problem. The fabric is lovely. I am very happy with this purchase.

My bestie is getting married and decided to have her bridesmaid order their dresses online. To me very risky, but the only reason I don’t give it a five is because I feel like shipping took too long for having paid for expedited shipping. The dress needs to be hemmed but Other than that the dress fit me and the bride is happy. The color lilac is gorgeous as well. Very pleased with the product overall.

I purchased a 3 piece pant set for my 89 year old grandmother of the groom. The photo made it appear with a beaded top and beaded shoulder accents - it was NOT beaded, it was glitter. I held the top up and walked to a mirror - then I looked down to see a trail of tiny sixed sticky glitter everywhere i had walked in my home. What a MESS- it was almost impossible to vacuum up. The glitter kept on falling off and the company would not give me my $150 back. It didn't matter that the outfit was best suited for a child's craft project. They said I needed to send the garment to their Hong Kong office in order to get a minimal money back...the shipping fee to return to Hong Kong was $159. The Quality was a Negative, the return scam was a negative. I will never purchase from Mondressy.com again.
