MondlyReviews of mondly.com

Mondly has been one of the favourite language learning apps in our family. My wife and I have been using it for a few years. Now that our son (8) is more comfortable reading, he started using it. We've turned it into a family competition to see who can score the most points in a week. All three of us have the Mondly Premium Lifetime accounts and have no regrets. We are mostly using it for learning the local language (German) but also use it a lot for travelling for work or holidays. I've also used it for Turkish, Swedish, Russian, Greek and a few others. It's great! Also, when we've had tech support problems (rare) Mondly customer support has gotten it solved within a day or two.

I had a handful of issues when I was working with Mondly. I contacted them and got a response within 2 days. Clear, constructive and friendly. We didn't succeed in one mail but kept in contact and resolved the problems within a week. Compliments.

When I first subscribed, I accidentally entered an incorrect email address and never received the registration email. I then contacted support, and they corrected it and linked my payment to my account. So far so good!

I've been using this app over a year, and would recommend it to those who want to casually learn and enjoy new languages. I clearly see improvement in my level of vocabulary and understanding of the new language. One aspect I particularly like Mondly about is that I can choose from a-minute daily lesson to a longer lesson as I feel like. Then I can spend my free time on learning on the app efficiently. Also, I can review daily lessons by taking a weekly lesson, which is helpful to build vocabulary. When I struggled to login with my new device and asked for help by email, their response was quick and very supportive. Finally, although I'm a Japanese speaker, I learn Spanish in English, which means I can improve two foreign languages at the same time! It's been a fun and meaningful experience to learn Spanish on Mondly.

Super Sprachlern-App, super Hilfscenter. Sehr zu empfehlen.
