The customer service lady I interacted with was professional more than willing to help resolve our issue. After speaking again with our builder, we were told the error was his. I had reached out to Mondawe to inquire about products we thought we did not receive. The lady associate did her best with the information I provided to her to find our order. Because our builder eventually found our items, I apologized to her for the inconvenience to her. I am basing this review on our interaction and how very helpful she was. In our case, we ordered 2-wall mount shower systems. The holes drilled in our shower walls are based on plumbing standards for the shower head and on/off handle. Unfortunately, the systems we purchased from Mondawe are not mounted per plumbing standards. So at this point we will be returning our 2 items to Lowe’s to purchase shower systems that match the pre-drilled holes.

Mona made the entire situation better. She was kind and really wanted to help. She even followed up with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I wish everyone was like Mona.

They go above and beyond to insure that my issue got resolved the Agent continuously stayed in contact with me until my replacement item arrived at my home She even called to see if everything was going well day s after I had my item Great Job guys I really appreciate that

Lady Clarice at the customer service division from Mandawe was excellent in handling the process for replacing a key component of the Aqua Rhapsodyshower unit LadyClarice is very thorough and professional it was an immediate response and thoroughly informative with calls text and emailsand got the job done. I really had a good experience with them. The customer service was excellent. They called me and offered a replacement when they were out and didn’t charge me extra. They sent the tracking for each piece and followed up. I put together each piece and it was easy. Took time but nothing difficult about it. Quality of items were great as well. Overall it was the customer service that won me over.

The Mondawe product was excellent, the 10x13 umbrella, covered our patio perfectly. The ease of operation and ability to swing the umbrella over to cover the patio and then swing it back when closed, was very helpful and easy to do. When I called customer service with an issue they were more than helpful in assiting me and getting the issue resolved with great results. I would highly recommend Mondawe to anyone, as we are now considering getting a gazebo through them due to their superior service!
