Diverter valve issue
Had an issue with our shower diverter valve. Seemed to be okay when final pieces were installed only to find that all the items came on at the same time. Took everything all apart and inspected to find all looked okay. After speaking to Diane in customer service, Mondawe agreed to send another diverter valve cartridge out even though there appeared to be no issue. Will be installing these parts as soon as I return from my trip.

Excellent Customer service
I had an issue with a shower piece and Mondawe has been extremely helpful replacing my parts i needed. They have held up to manufacturer warranty and have shipped my parts in a timely manner. I received excellent customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE A GAZEBO FROM MONDAWE
I ordered a Mondawe gazebo from Lowes, the entire experience has been a disaster. The quality of the product is upsetting, we received many damaged pieces, the care in shipping is disgraceful, the FedEx man had to repair the boxes himself due to them leaving the factory partially unsealed and pieces falling out into the Fed Ex truck. And then there is the customer service, worst representatives I have ever dealt with, they promise to have n answer in 24 hours, in 24 hours they again tell you 24 hours, this went on for four days in a row. I am so sorry I purchased Mondawe product, after almost our weeks of aggravation and still damaged pieces I am left very angry and upset and Mondawe has now said it is Lowe's problem. There is much more to this nightmare but not enough time and space to type it all.

48" Round Patio Table w/4 Swivel…
48" Round Patio Table w/4 Swivel Chairs. Set went together easily and looks great. Noticed a slight crack on one chair arm and contacted customer service. Excellent response from them to replace the damage by sending me a replacement and crediting me $200 refund for my trouble because of slight defect on the new chair. Customer service(Clarice) was very professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Thank You

Great product, Great service
I'm a long time contractor and am installing one of their luxury shower systems. Very well built and finished. Bought at Lowes and stored a couple of months. When I finally got to the installation I noticed it was a ceiling shower. I could have sworn I ordered the wall version. I thought after so much time I would have to purchase the part. I call customer service and much to my surprise and delight they are sending me a new wall arm. Great product, great service.
