Great customer service!
I purchased a Mondawe ceiling mount thermostatic shower system about a year ago. The thermostatic cartrage started to have problems with water pressure and temperature. I emailed their customer service department with a description of the problem and photos of the defective cartridge. Minnie responded in less than 24 hours and said she would contact the factory to find a suitable replacement and it might be two to three days before she had the information. Three days later I received another email from her saying the replacement had been shipped to me. I installed the replacement upon receiving it and the problem was completely fixed. I have to say this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you Minnie for your fast response and attention to this matter.
