Great product!
We’ve gotten four of their shower systems, both in bronze and nickel. They all look and work great, a great upgrade with the overhead and handheld nozzles. Excellent customer service!

Get ‘er done Diane…
Diane did a great job working through the issue. Not an easy issue to explain nor interpret. In the end it was resolved.

I had a problem with an outside…
I had a problem with an outside umbrella. It had lights that one didn’t work and had a few small holes in the umbrella. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. After troubleshooting they sent a new umbrella. The umbrella is a huge 15 foot umbrella and is beautiful.

Excellent Quality and Customer Service
Well made table assembled easily. Well packaged, unfortunately, one of the legs was missing a pre-installed stud. I immediately contacted the manufacturer and provided pictures of the missing stud. I explained that I would be willing to accept a stud that I could install, and they didn't have to replace the entire leg. They were more than happy to send out the parts. Not just one screw but a bag of 6 studs as well as a screwdriver, to install it. The person I dealt with on the phone was extremely polite and very proffessional. She followed up with me immediately. She contacted me, not just once, but several times to let me know they had approved the shipment of parts as well, calling me later to provide me tracking information and yet again to confirm that I had received the parts. Very well done thank you very much. Every manufacturer should provide this level of customer service.
