I am beyond disappointed with Monarch Transport Group. I paid a premium for expedited transport on 4/24 with a guaranteed delivery date of 4/27. My vehicle was picked up on 4/25, but it sat for two days and didn't even begin transit until 4/27—the day it was originally supposed to arrive.To make matters worse, the "live tracking" they promised was completely non-functional. I spent days in the dark with no idea where my vehicle was located. When I reached out to address these failures, the customer service was dismissive and unprofessional.Despite the fact that they failed to meet the expedited timeline I specifically paid for, they refused to refund the expedited fee. My car finally arrived 4 days late, making the extra money I spent a total waste.This company makes promises they cannot keep and lacks the integrity to make it right when they fail. Avoid Monarch if you value your time, money, or peace of mind.

The Scheduling Agent Marie A., was very professional and my first contact. Marie setup my transport from Cyoress, Texas to Seattle, Wa; 1,785 miles. My transport was Polaris Ranger Full Size Crew six seater. The Driver Javid and his Ci-Driver arrived exactly on time, called my mobile to alert me ahead of arrival giving me a 40 minute heads up. The transport truck was a late model auto carrier in pristine condition. Javid carefully loaded my UTV and professionally strapped down my vehicle. Exactly 4 days later Javid the Driver called and alerted me I am two hours outside of Seattle and will deliver on time. He arrived and my Sin-in-law accepted the shipment. Every thing was strictly Five Stars. Very happy with the derive of Monarch. I recommend this fine American Company for your auto UTV or your five million Dollar Exotic Car. We had our RV shipped from WI to FL. 2 DAYS...AMAZING. Everything went fine. Could have been better communication for my liking, but I'm the nervous type. Driver didn't speak English but had translator! All was great!

Superior value-- had a bike transported 1500 miles and price was fair and delivery was faster than I could have hoped for. Highly recommend MTG for all transporting needs.

A very good company and great experience. We had a challenge to get 3 large trucks that don’t run from Wisconsin to Florida. The price was reasonable and they came on time and got the trucks delivered in just a couple of days. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I booked with monarch because the quote was so much more affordable then anyone else. After not returning texts or phone calls for 10 days, I was told I had to wait another week to cancel or they would charge me anyway. When a driver was finally found the price was double what I was quoted. I waited so long I had no other options. They sent me info confirming my driver after he'dpicked up my vehicle, they did not provide any updates throughout the process. I had to cash them for everything abs they'd state someone would call me back. No one ever did. Still no one has returned my call to confirm receipt and closeout. I received an update via email 3 days after my motorcycle was delivered and still no receipt. Would not be confident enough in this company to work with them again or recommend them to anyone. I'm only giving 2 stars because the driver of the local company was very professional and my bike was delivered. Beware of lack contact, information, updates, true quote prices, follow up info, receipts, basically everything you'd want to feel safe shipping a vehicle.
