When we decided to make the purchase of 3 motorcycles from Daytona Beach Harley we were provided your name from them for somebody that could deliver the bikes. Unless Bryan answered the phone, the other guy was not very helpful at all, even leaving my name and number never met with a return call from Bryan. When we scheduled the pickup we told Monarch we wanted to accept delivery on Tuesday Sept 1. When the driver went to pick up the bikes the best pickup time he could give was between 9am and 6pm? Thats a pretty big window. Somehow the driver was never given my contact name/number and kept calling my office extension about delivery and then called the seller to let them know when he would be delivering. When I wasn't calling him back he then called Berrien County 911 dispatch. I clearly set up the quote and contact information with my personal cell number and that was the one everyone should have been trying to contact me at. I specifically requested a Tuesday delivery as I was off on pass days on Sunday and Monday. Well, the driver delivered at 1pm on Monday when we asked for a Tuesday delivery. I had to come in on my day off, the department paid me 3 hours of call-in because the bikes were not delivered on the requested day. The driver did not speak any English so no communication was had to express our disappointment, in fact he didn't say one work other than "sign". I wish the communication between the driver to both the shipper and receiver would have been much better as it made the whole process go not very smooth.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler in Maryland and requested a price from Monarch to deliver it to the Panhandle of Florida. Monarch quoted me a price of $769. I agreed but it took the dealership a week to receive and clear my check. Since it had been delayed I requested an updated quote. The quote came back the same and I signed a contract on a Tuesday morning. At that time I was told someone from dispatch would contact me when they had a driver set up. I heard nothing on Tuesday or Wednesday so I texted my contact on Thursday morning. Nothing from him again. Friday morning I got a text that I would get a call from Dispatch. about 10:30 Friday morning Dispatch called and told me the price would be (somewhere around) $1350. I was told this was a low volume route and that if I wanted it cheaper I could wait until they had a less expensive carrier available. No time frame was provided. I asked them to try to find someone soon. I then looked a the cost for me to fly up and drive the Jeep back myself. It would have been significantly cheaper. I called back and and a different person, who was familiar with my order, said they did have someone to take it and would bring it to me at the contracted price. I agreed. Monday morning I got a call from Dispatch that they had a driver and my new price would be $1150. Only option for the price I was quoted (three times) was to wait. Since I had missed my window to make the trip myself I very reluctantly agreed. The only bright spot was who they hired to actually transport my Jeep. He was very professional and friendly. He kept in communication with me the entire way, he was where he said he would be when he said he would be there. I feel he went way above and beyond and he is the reason this was not 1 star review. I did receive an email from the Monarch rep I originally spoke with asking me to submit a review but it did not include a link so I asked how to submit a review and have not heard back from him in several days. If you wish to use Monarch, be very cautious of section 4B in the contract. It was mentioned numerous times as the reason my price kept changing. From signature on contract to delivery was 10 days for a 1000 mile route.

Communication was good for a while. Originally made arrangements for a pick up date around July 15th. Well has the time got closer to 7/15, I had not heard from Brady at all even after several attempts on my part. I did eventually speak with Andrea and arrangements were made to pick up the camper on 7/25 and I was told that I would be notified once a driver was assigned and at that time I would pay a deposit. I decided to go with another company and cancelled services with Monarch on July 20th. At that time a driver had not been assigned or at least to my knowledge one had not been. Much to my suprise I was charged a deposit of $154.96 on 7/20 ironically the same day I cancelled the transaction and had already rec'd the confirmation email stating my Order had been cancelled. This whole ordeal has been handled VERY unprofessionally.

My 1987 Honda Hurricane left origin in operation when it got to destination there was damage to the gas tank (huge dent) the fairings were scratched the leather seat was stretched out and wrinkles and the brake calipers were no longer bolted to the bike they were hanging from the brake line. Because this is a classic we are having a lot of trouble finding someone to fix the body damage and mechanical issues. My motorcycle no longer runs as of now
