if i could give less than one star i would. from the start they lied. i was told $1230.00 to ship my show quality antique motorcycle from pennsylvania to colorado. i was emailed a week later that the bike would be picked up the next day and arrive in colorado 2 days later in an enclosed trailer and the charge would be $1500 and they took a $200.00 deposit and wrote that i had to pay the driver in cash or certified money or zelle at time of delivery and the driver would not accept a credit card. i obviously could not get to colorado to pay the driver and no one at monarch knew how to get zelle and after much arguing monarch took the whole $1300.00 balance. the bike was picked up by two ukrainian men who spoke no english other than thank you and dont worry. took 3 times to find where they were to give them my bike which they tied down so tight they bent the subframe of the bike, got to colorado and did not contact anyone just left the bike at a closed business, in a dirt parking lot, unsecured and unprotected with the key in it overnight in the rain. this bike has a custom made leather seat that may be ruined and i paid extra for an enclosed trailer only to have my damaged motorcycle left out in the rain! monarch transport claims no responsibility and that i should work this out with the non english speakers.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PEOPLE THEY USE AND WILL NOT TRY TO HELP THE PEOPLE WHO'S PROPERTY THEY HAVE DAMAGED. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. COMPLAINTS WILL BE FILED WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

My experience moving my 5th Wheel RV was the most stressful transaction I have had. Monarch runs a shady business. They lie. I said I needed to pay for my transaction with a company credit card and it was never told to me that a credit card was not an option. Then when I read their fine print and asked them to abide by their own terms and conditions, I was told they wouldn't. ​Then they blocked me from calling because I kept calling asking why they were not abiding by their own terms. On top of it, I had issues with payment because my transaction kept being flagged as fraud in my personal accounts. So the carrier harassed me half to death and threaten to not unhook from my 100k RV. Now neither the carrier or Monarch will provide a receipt for the transaction so I can be reimbursed. The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

This company absolutely sucks trying to book a driver and we have a three day window and they wouldn't even call us back so then we called and they said she wouldn't be in till later and then she's still not calling back this company's an absolute joke and their absolute horrid reviews are definitely warranted. I would stay away from this sham company.

I hired Monarch to move two motorcycles. The dispatchers were extremely unreliable. After they quoted a rate, and we signed the contract- they increased the price. The driver showed up two days late, and after hours to pick up. Delivery was three days late. Caution is advised!!!

Contracted to pick up two trikes and paid the initial deposit in full. Day of move they showed up and only able to take 1 as they were not aware of how much bigger trikes are. Still have not received any form of credit 45 days later.

was quoted a certain price and was told that they had a driver, then they called back and said that something happened to the drivers truck so he couldnt pick up my vehicle, then they called and said they found a driver but it was $700 more, i said ok, but never heard back from them for like almost a week, i finally cancelled the order to get someone else to pick up my vehicle and they charge $149 cancelation fee, i paid $260 for the deposit and am waiting to see if i get the $111 of the deposit refunded, so bottom line i paid $260 for nothing

Bait and Switch is the truth of this group. No truth in advertising demands up front payment than ups the price Insults the shop owner where vehicle is to be picked up. Fliling complaints everywhere to warn others. Avoid them!!!

The driver was great and communicated well. The company and customer service did not help at all.
