We were signed up when my wife was pregnant part of our insurance plan, but they sent so much crap to us we asked them to stop, week after week they sent more food. Week after week I called them.

This is dangerous food for consumption. It contains Malodextrin which is a bad preservative. It’s Bio engineered food , so why the govt allows them to serve this is beyond me. Malodextrin is a carb which makes bloood sugar spike, and after which the body crashes and your you become hungry again. Bad for kidneys. Also makes body fat worse. Has too many chemicals in it, portions are small, fake food is paired with odd pairings. I don’t want to eat fake rice pudding after breakfast, a biscuit would be better. You’re better off making a PB&J.

Sent the wrong item. I hate the breakfasts (all sausage) and I had ordered yogurt two weeks ago. I didn't receive that! For weeks I've been told there'd be new items on the menu - nothing but the same old thing!!!

Horrible always sends me meals I didnt order total GARBAGE Littlerly I got 14 meals today 8 went in the TRASH they dont care wont replace them... STAY AWAY even if your "insurance" is paying for this dont let them get away with it, its called INSURANCE FRAUD. Also add your review to TRUST PILOT and also add a complaint to the BBB.ORG This is a company fleecing the system. They sent me 8 outta 14 things I DID NOT ORDER they call it a SUBSTITUTE... If I wanted ANY of them 8 I would have ordered them. I called them told them they dont care. Im also passing this info onto insurance. Simplest terms its called FRAUD Sending me somthing I DIDNT order (substitution) and then CHARGING INSURANCE FOR IT.

I have been very pleased so far. All meals were delivered UPS with 2 days, no broken packaging. I am on a puree diet due to surgery and the taste has been surprisingly good so far.

Moms meals, it is the same food over and over again. The menu has not changed in the last 3 years. 2 breakfast items that were good are no longer available. I am tired of the meatloaf, Salisbury steak, rice. Moms meals need to get some new menu items

On the insurance paid plan all you get is rice. White rice, which has less nutritional value than potatoes. Who serves Salisbury steak with rice? There’s only 1 potato option and that’s meatloaf. Even in that meal the potatoes are a nasty consistency. Mushy on top, hard in the middle. The eggs they serve are gross and slimy. Every meal is penne or mixed veggies. I get it, penne and mixed vegetables are cheap. They’re cheap because NOBODY LIKES THEM!!! So let’s serve it to ppl who have no say. Let’s make their disabilities feel even more defeating by serving them slop. And the same slop day after day. We’re people, NOT PIGS!!! You need new dieticians or whoever to come up with a menu that more adequately reflects the foods that most of us over 50 grew up with. Meat. Potatoes. Maybe some veggies that aren’t corn or the hard peas. This company makes most of their $$ from medical insurance payments. One would think that the menu for that type of customer would have more and better options. As for me, I’m looking into changing companies. I’m tired of getting a “variety box” because their website is messed up and has been kicking orders out. I only eat maybe 5 things off the whole menu anyways. The variety box sent everything I never order. Yeah, all the stuff they try to send you because nobody else wants it either. But best believe, the sausage gravy and biscuits is out of stock. Maybe make more of that and less pepper steak over rice?? The whole thing is a disappointment. They need to fire whoever made the menu and decided if you’re on Medicaid you don’t deserve decent food any more than a dog in the street. Zero stars if I could.
