Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item. I hate the breakfasts (all sausage) and I had ordered yogurt two weeks ago. I didn't receive that! For weeks I've been told there'd be new items on the menu - nothing but the same old thing!!!

Moms meals, it is the same food over and over again. The menu has not changed in the last 3 years. 2 breakfast items that were good are no longer available. I am tired of the meatloaf, Salisbury steak, rice. Moms meals need to get some new menu items

Same issue... my delivery on May 29th started out that the food appeared to be fresh after a week 6 of the 10 meals were bad. again no string cheese and just a few powdered milk. I see this as a serious problem for seniors who are already not necessarily in good health to be receiving and possibly eating spoiled food and that they may not notice immediately to be spoiled. so my question is what exactly are you doing with these bad reviews of Mom's meals services. again I'm leaving my phone number 516-650-7102 but no one is returning my call. I get the heart healthy menu, unfortunately, because it is not a large number of choices and very low quality food. Such as, the Beef Taco with veggies menu, has maximum corn in it, which as you might know the outer layer of corn, a human cannot digest. So, it offers no nutritional benefit. Also, they only give you 2 small corn tortillas, so that the filler (filled with mostly corn kernels) goes too far for the small number of tortillas. The food choices are smaller portions of protein rich foods, so they don't sustain you till the next meal. If they offered snacks in-between, it would make it better. Also, you cannot get drinks, (juices), with each meal. Overall, the food choices for health issues are skimpy, tasteless, and poor-quality foods. And the on-phone agents don't seem to care.

Busted meal trays and they will not replace. First shipment after hospital stay had 2 broken trays. Called promptly and was told my second shipment is being processed and no way to add 2 more trays. That shipment doesn't go out for another 6 days so how can that be?? Asked for a separate shipment to replace damaged goods and they said they don't do that. WHAT kind of business practice is that??? Paid for items that were received useable??????!!!!

Busted meals almost every shipment because they saved money by no longer putting a cardboard seperator between tiers when packing - wasn't a problem before the pandemic.

It started with busted meals, then went to busted meals and wrong menu or no menu, then to wrong menu and losing previous order on computer, have computer generated orders I don’t like or can’t eat,and last wrong menu and can’t place new order. If I get wrong menu again I will order from it and expect to get them. I am so frustrated now.

My shipping label but someone else's orders inside. Same meal for all 6 breakfasts bc customer service states 'They will replace any missing meals with the same exact meal as is policy' making breakfast monotonous hell. You cannot possibly only have one breakfast meal in stock this week, that would be extreme underplanning for a set menu. Website down for maintenance without notice, customer services states 'could be back within a week or so', so next week may be random selection. No place to select meals you do NOT want in your orders ever, nor an option to opt out of the massive amount of powdered milk that's comes each week. The meals are most definitely processed, your basic TV dinners. Portion sizes are ify depending on the meal selected, with some being ridiculously small like the 2 french toast sticks and no sides (with the WORST tasting dipping sauce), or the 3 lil smokies in a spoonful of beans. They also include a LOT of apple crisp/fried apples, which I get is easy to make in bulk, but it seems like it's too much, too sweet, too often.
