The lady on the phone is rude and awful. The service is terrible. The food is at best a half star. Food being delivered is going bad due to delivery issues that were never fixed. Do not try and save a dollar with this company. RUN!

Every delivery has substitutions. I have yet to get an orange, which is supposed to come with every breakfast meal. I have asked, if they can't deliver the oranges, to substitute with orange juice. Always apple juice, which is tasteless. Every delivery is messy because it's not packaged carefully. I have to bring a wet rag to open my package to clean up leaking meals, etc. I am handicapped. Because of this, I have a ramp and porch to my house. They deliver my box half way down the driveway. I have to ask someone to bring it to my porch every time. I have requested different substitutions, if they must. I have requested delivery to my porch. Neither request has been honored. I can't recommend this service to anyone.

I got food poisoning from moms meal due to there delivery and employees communication I suggest use different company I miss my kemo infusion because of moms meal be careful they don't care

Calico beans are never tender. Crunchy beans are under cooked. All of the other meals are delicious.

My driver Neil calls before he arrives so it isn't sitting on my step in the heat. Very courteous and offers to put it on the counter for me. I recommend this company they are fair and do not treat you differently because of your disability or race.
