I haven't actually made the decision to sign up yet as I'm weighing up the costs but cannot fault the customer experience. The tool itself is great, clean, self-explanatory, with lots of self help guides and videos. I had a few questions though and it was quick and easy to get to chat support, after a few initial bot suggestions. I was helped by Mark and he took the time to understand my business needs and make recommendations without being at all pushy. Really great and potentially worth the investment for my business just based on that.

We also give our host's staff the ability to use a mobile version of our site that feels a lot like an app. Our site is designed with mobile first in mind for this reason -- so that a host dashboard can be used on a phone as easily as it can be used on a laptop. Tried to find out how much it costs for a business, they asked for email etc to send me a 'custom' pricing plan. After going through the set up, I saw on my unintentionally made account that I was on a trial subscription. Emailed them to delete my account and they replied with a generic pricing plan email. Still trying to stop my trial and no reply. Impossible to cancel it on the website. Do not trust them and would never sign up to actually pay them as they conned me into making an account and subscribing in the first place.
