Being an on line store I was a bit apprehensive so i decided to email with a bunch of questions including questions around my ring size. The team were so helpful answering every question with kindness and in a timely matter. Then I ordered the ring and emailed again about delivery time given I’m in a different county. The team again were very helpful looking up my order and updating me of a rough delivery time. The ring actually came early (I was so happy because it was just in time for our anniversary) and it’s absolutely perfect. Exactly as pictured and amazing quality. I’m so in love with my ring and will definitely be ordering my next ring to pair with it (already wearing my husband down 😉) thank you so so so much x
