Customer support like no other! As with anything in life, things don't always go exactly as you'd expect. We had run out of time and needed last-minute support with our ring, and Molly's team opened a direct line of communication with us and supported us when it mattered most. We were able to get our ring right on time for the big day!

overall the jewelry is very high quality and very beautiful, my one complaint was that i paid for an inscription on my piece and it wasn’t put on. but other than that it was amazing.

Molly Jewelry went above and beyond for me and the custom ring idea I had for my partner. It could not have gone better or arrived so promptly. Amazing service and attention.

The product arrived in a timely manner. The ethical sourcing of the gems are my favorite part. The variety of stones that are offered are a big bonus. I bought my girlfriend a promise ring and I am considering using Molly Jewelry to make an engagement ring.
