My experience was pretty good with this company. My first ring was lost in the mail, however after reaching out to the company, they were able to expedite me another ring and were even able to make adjustments to it. All replies were quick and within a timely manner. The ring is beautiful

Usually we will send the tracking number of the package to the customer after delivery, you can check the tracking status on the official website of USPS (for packages within the United States) or FedEx (for packages outside the United States).
