Meal delivery is exactly as scheduled. My menu choices still need some adjustment but this is very easy to do on the website. Also like that I can skip a week or two so easily.

Food preparation is quick and easy. We selected Mediterranean as our choice and the meal choices have been very good. Delivery date met as advised. Meals arrive well packaged to keep food fresh and cold. I like the option of freezing meal if schedule gets interrupted

Great but one unfortunate flaw… So glad that there’s finally a meal service that caters to the IBS/FODMAP diet. The meals are quality, but the packaging not so much. Most of the trays I received were incredibly difficult to open because the plastic film wouldn’t peel away from the tray. You have to pull so hard that you basically have to break the tray in the process unless you cut the film away with a knife, which can be really messy.

We do recommend using a sharp knife or pair of scissors, but please keep an eye out for new packaging for meals to be released in the near future! We are testing and trying out the best replacement for those difficult-to-open vacuum seal meal trays!

The shipment came in a massive mess. All food trays had been thrown around in transit. There was too little food. You put THREE small shrimp in your "Shrimp and Grits". It was more like "GRITS and 3-shrimp". Food was not good; the grits tasted like instant cardboard. I was so disappointed. Your food is way over-priced and I will not be ordering from you, again. You did NOT resolve ANYTHING and REFUSED to do so. I told you to NEVER send me any more food BUT you did that anyway and charged me for it. I immediately mailed the box of food back, but you FAILED to issue ANY REFUND. Your company SUCKS!!!!! You intentionally give VERY LITTLE FOOD and do NOT CARE about customer satisfaction, AT ALL.

Anne, Thank you for this valuable feedback. While we understand some may prefer heartier servings, our meals are carefully and safely measured out to be the appropriate individual portion size. Taste is certainly subjective, and we cannot be for everyone, though we are sorry to hear we won't work out for you.
