Older people need help with app. I can’t figure out how to change order - 4 or so weeks of the same thing! I called yesterday &got help I hope.
Trouble changing items got 4 weeks of same thing. Finally called yesy& hope Ivan do . Shoulder be easer for us older folks

M, We always appreciate feedback so that we can continue to grow and be there for our customers as best as possible. As we are all based online, from ordering to account management, we understand it can be a bit difficult to maneuver for some. Due to this, we have an outstanding Customer Care team that is available to assist with whatever you need, 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM. We do not change up the meals ourselves without guidance from the customer as we do not want to violate any restrictions, allergies, preferences, etc. therefore the meals will repeat if not edited. Your health and safety is our top priority! Please reach out to us in Customer Care and let us know about this frustration or otherwise inconvenience so that we may see what we can do to make it a little easier for you - we are happy to help and want to ensure you're having a wonderful experience with us from start to finish.

Modifyhealth will making eating FODMAPS fun
Deliveries are prompt and packaged well with good instructions. The meals are also so delicious! Totally exceeded my expectations! I keep being impressed by the variety and the flavors.

The meals are so delicious and healthy…
The meals are so delicious and healthy too. My coworkers love the smell of them every time I heat them up in the microwave. The price is very reasonable too.

Excellent Customer care support
We found the meals fresh & very tasty, especially considering the restricted ingredients (FOD Map). We really appreciate the service Modify Health is providing, what is more is the uncommonly kind & professional people providing the service. ..Being able to reach a real person when contacting customer support!?! -worth the price of admission. We highly recommend Modify Health.
