The meals were ok. Still hard to get wrap off. I told them to skip orders and I got a shipment anyway. Possibly directions may not be clear. Canceled for now.

the food options are great. They are helping my husband with his Diabetes. Little on the expensive side, we skip weeks, but worth it !!!!

The food is fine, I have decided to go with another meal prep subscription. Due to finances, also the food wasn't as tasty but I understand it is according to the diet that is chosen.

Timely delivery. Great entrees. Easy to heat up in the microwave. Good selection.

Excellent communication on shipments and offerings. Delivered on time and most importantly the meals are fantastic. The opportunity to adjust your order before it is shipped is also a premium feature. Highly recommend ModifyHealth if your looking for quality food by a quality company.

First, I live with gluten intolerance, a severe mushroom allergy, and high cholesterol (by the current standards). Second, the clarity of ingredients and the number of appropriate food options fit my life reality - and the food always arrived well-packed in recyclable containers and ready to use. So, after years of thinking about a meal kit program, I FINALLY signed up for this one and am VERY well pleased. At age 71 with a 93.5-year-old senior parent (a diabetic) in my care, I found I didn't enjoy the prep work of cooking and the amount of food waste in the house. Third, excellent flavor, great variety, appropriate portion size, the price per entree can't be better.

4/5 - the deliveries arrive either on time (or in one case ahead ) Main entrees are all very good Sides ( veggies ) could be better. Meal trays are sealed very tightly, could be easier to open them.

I enjoy the food and the customer service.
