Hi Pete, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. ModeSens partners with many reputable retailers that sell and ship to customers in the UK, including retailers such as NET-A-PORTER and FARFETCH. We rely on our retail partners to provide us with current inventory, availability, and regional shipping information. If you encountered a store or product on ModeSens that was shown as available in the UK but the retailer does not actually ship it there, we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know which store or product it was. We can investigate the issue with our partner and work to have the information corrected as quickly as possible. Thank you, ModeSens Team We take the accuracy of the information on ModeSens seriously and appreciate feedback that helps us improve the shopping experience.

Hi Cherry, Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate you sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear the process felt longer than expected. In most cases, if an item is available from one of our partner stores within your target price, we’re able to confirm and secure it within minutes. However, delays can happen when the item is out of stock across our partners or when none are able to meet the price you’ve set. In those situations, our team continues monitoring 850+ global partners to find the best possible option as soon as it becomes available. That said, your feedback is incredibly valuable. We’re actively working on improving speed and transparency in the concierge experience so it feels as seamless and efficient as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to serve you better next time. Thank you, ModeSens Team

Hi Clarise, Thanks for reaching out, and we’re sorry to hear your order didn’t go through. ModeSens is a purchase assistant, not a merchant. We don’t carry inventory or ship products ourselves. Instead, we help customers access the best prices and best service across 800+ trusted partner stores worldwide, including Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Net-A-Porter, Gucci, and Miu Miu. All items are fulfilled directly by these retailers. When you’re ready to purchase, the final checkout takes place on the retailer’s website. If your order didn’t go through, it may have been due to an issue on the retailer’s end, such as a payment decline, the item selling out, or additional verification requirements. If that’s the case, we recommend reaching out to the retailer directly for assistance. If your concern is related to our Elite Membership or Concierge service, we’d be happy to help look into it. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and our team will gladly assist you further. Thanks again for your patience. We’re here to help! Best regards, ModeSens Team
