Very good product, it was exactly what I expected.

1st ordered on the 19th January and the kits have still not been sent out, but this is merely the start of the matter. I allowed a full working week before raising a query and was told I would get my order by Tuesday the 28th. I did not. I tried to resolve it by phone twice, the fist time no call was returned and the second cut off before I could pick up my phone. I called back and again was told they would be sent out and they were not .I emailed again being told they would be here by the 28th and they did not arrive I emailed for a refund twice and at point of writing this I have not even been emailed back. Later after writing this review the kits were delivered and they are superb. It's just a pity about the delay.

I placed two separate orders in July for a total of 4 kits. Only 3 arrived, I queried this and was assured the remaining kit would be sent out straight away. Despite chasing via scores of emails and a telephone call and been given multiple assurances it would be sent, I am still waiting (6 months later!). I will change my review if the situation improves. Update 14/02/25, spoke on telephone and assured it would be looked into and sorted within 2 weeks.

Great experience building these model kits. Seller is responsive and couldn’t fault them. Awaiting delivery of parts and new kit since I’ve love the quality of the first sheds I built.

Fantastic product at a very reasonable price given the level of detail. Communication and customer service was spot on. I would definitely recommend.

No delivery 1 month after order. Promised delivery and tracking data by phone multiple times. No reply to chase emails. Totally unacceptable. I feel they have taken my money and don't intend to supply. Don't buy from these people is my advice

8 days later havnt received items . Not too worried at the moment . Theyre such good models but delivery is a problem. Rails ...4 days ebay ...4/5 days modelux 8 days and counting Update ... 10 days no delivery , such a shame . wont be ordering again take the loss and move on . Buyers Beware . Wish id read other reviewers before ordering . Same complaint .Can i give 0 stars lol

No instructions with my kit impossible to make well dissatisfied and disappointed will not be buying any more of this found Metcalfe models 100% better but that’s my opinion
