Bought a victorian engine shed in N gauge, built it and it is superb so ordered a warehouse in N Gauge, unfortunately the one that came was 00 gauge, contacted them and Toby was straight onto it Sent me an N Gauge one straight away Looking forward to buying more, just received the iron bridge that looks great, really high spec detail

Hi there, i cannot review your products until i have actually seen them! Your website is very good, well laid out and easy to use, the you tube videos are pretty good as well. I would like to see the Manchester and York Warehouses in n scale, Metcalfe models are over scale, and scalescenes are too fiddly! looking forward to making the models i have ordered! In a previous life i was a lithographic planner and platemaker , so i appreciate the skills involved. Jez

The kits are excellent. But there was a postage error. The invoice had the correct postcode but the package was addressed to TN32 rather than TN34. Took 6 days to arrive.

Hi Geoffrey...sorry about the mistake with the postcode...very frustrating...we are upgrading the dispatch so that labels are printed out directly from the supplied address on the invoice, so hopefully this kind of mistake can be avoided. Have purchased this before. Easy to assemble, even for a clutz like me. More importantly, looks good. Prompt service. Worth more than the price. How often can you say that about modelling products. Didn't give five stars because nobody's perfect!
