I didn’t relieved my package and they put another email to the package so I don’t know what to do but it says it in china what should I do?

I have been waiting 2 months for my item. They can see by the tracking number it still has not reached the UK however are refusing to give me a refund. I found the customer service rude and patronising. Avoid!!! They are ripping people off and stealing money.

Ordered my colored Arylics on October 20th, they gave me a tracking number which was invalid, they sent me updates on my order a few days after I order, and now Nothing, I've been trying to email them its not going through the old messages I've sent to them via text have disappeared,so I resort to messaging them on facebook.. but the page I spoke to them on before have also disappeared, I think it's a scam site...be careful

I ordered from Modelones around October 1. Before I placed the order, I checked where the office was located. It was on the west coast. I didn't want to place the order if it was from China. Well it is coming from China. Customer service has answered my e-mail but cannot or will not give a date when it will be delivered. It appears it was shipped through DHL. I keep tracking the package daily. On October 19 it arrived in the destination country. That is a quote. It doesn't say where but it's in the US. It is still in the US but it hasn't moved. What the heck. They refused to return my money $40 because it was already shipped. I don't understand this. I will not order from them again.

I ordered my package months ago... they just told me the package was failed to deliver and that they will not compensate me. I spent over 150$ on my order they scammed me

Has anyone experience Them saying the item cost at least 140 and then they take over 200 out of you bank acoount I've been trying to get a hold of them for ages it's pissing me off cause no ones replying back to me Im so annoyed how they can just take our money but not reply back to a message

I ordered a kit and they sent me all of the same color blue and was missing items and I've been trying to get a hold of them for 3 weeks now and it just keeps saying we'll be back in 24 hours and nobody has responded to me I will never order their products again
