I order a nail kit on January 23,2023 it's March 18, 2023, and have not gotten my kit yet

The product it self is ok finding that the dryer isn't that great polish rather thick and dry time is longer But the disappointment was that it came with no info or instructions on how to use. Thank God of people on utube.

I won't ever use this company again. It took 3.5 weeks to get my nail kit. The base coat was dried up and completely unable. I responded to them and got a reply. They said they'd send a replacement. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. I sent another email and no response. I can't use the kit without the base coat unless I try another brand. Not worth the hassle. The company is based in China. Had I known that I wouldn't have bothered.

I was a little skeptical of this, because of the price. But I ended up loving it! One thing about it - I applied the base coat and after I cured it, it was a little sticky. So I thought the lamp wasn't working. But this is normal, and you can just apply the first layer of color over it and then it will cure. Everything in the kit is good quality...even the cuticle pusher and cuticle nippers. I don't think I'll ever go back to regular polish again.

I ordered polygel and other items from Modelones website on 5/12/22. As of today, 5/24/22 I STILL have not received any of the items I ordered. The last tracking update from DHL shipping was on 5/21/22, with no estimated delivery time frame listed. I definitely will NOT be ordering anything from Modelones ever again!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I normally order their products from Amazon and I LOVE the product itself, but I decided to order through the website directly because of a sale they were having and IT WAS THE WORST DECISION. After I submitted my order, there was some extra gibberish added to the end of my address that has never popped up any other time I have ordered online. When I emailed them about it, they said my package shipped before I sent the email so there was nothing they could do except give me the USPS number. This was a false statement and I have emails to prove this. I sent an email at 10:09 pm letting them know of the mistake, I received an email at 1:05 am saying that my item shipped, and then I received that email from their customer service rep at 2:50 am. I replied that I would just like to cancel my order considering their website added junk to the end of my address and they are lying about communication that obviously has time stamps and CRICKETS. I have not heard anything from them.

I ordered a few items off the website and 2 days later my package came in and once I opened it there were missing items I only received 1 item and have been trying to get ahold of them but they aren’t responding I honestly wouldn’t recommend buying from them they don’t have a phone number you can call to speak to a real person and the email they provide it just a message they send to everyone with an issue they aren’t real responses.

I ordered on November the 12th received an email on the same day that my order had shipped is the 24th and still nothing.
