I wanted to update the review. Even though customer service is useless, the quality of cable is great and it fit just as described. It arrived a week later than the 2 weeks they promised. But they only shipped the cable on 4th business day after the order. I reached out on numerous occasions asking why, they never answered or made it right. When even before the shipment they could have upgraded to faster shipping if they are "so busy". This a Hong Kong company so just keep this in mind. Items do not ship from US. Based on the above I am changing the review to 3 stars.

Have gone through a number of emails from moddiy.com regarding my problem with their live agents. First of all, i thank trustpilot for your support regarding my issue being ressolved and also not just removing my review without my permission. Seconly moddiy.com is a good site with legit products. I received my right order and its working well without complain but you guys need to fix the issue of agents who remotely respond to the queries from your customers online. In conclusion, I highly recommend moddiy.com for their products.

Customer support was helpful, It took me a few minutes to realize I had to input a email address to respond to them though but that is on me for not fully reading :P
