I was a little concerned when I didn't get a response immediately but the folks at modDIY did get back to me within four/five hours. They said it might be due to timezone difference and it being Sunday. I have to say I was very impressed with the way the person handled the call and they were very thorough in helping me understand what I needed to know. At the end of the day, their support was great and I would buy products from them again.

After searching high and low for an alternative splitter hub from blocking my pci slot to achieve full 4-port front panel USB 3.0 support, I have found a product recommended by modDIY.com. This is after the fact that the original item I ordered wasn't compatible with my system at all. Yes, there are loads of pci express cards that are available for this but with my SLi setup, it was just not possible. The customer support via FB messenger is a bonus. It made easier for me to communicate with them as regards my technical requirements. The expertise they've shown showed me their passion with their work and invaluable knowledge. I look forward to consulting them again for my future builds.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company and their services. I've ordered modded PSU cables on two separate occassions from them and both times they were of extremely high quality. Also, their online customer support (via email or instant messaging) was exceptionally fast and reliable whenever I had any questions that I needed answering. Carrie in particular was incredibly helpful everytime I needed assistance! Strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality PC mod supplies!
