MODDIYReviews of moddiy.com

very objective and direct clerk understands a lot of the subject they give him a salary increase

[Edit : Today, 6 days after I posted this review, I finaly received the cable I ordered in February. The cable corresponds to what was ordered, and seems to be working fine at full load with my 3090FE] Initial review: Poor experience. Ordered February 1st, still not received anything thing, and will probably never.. Customer service is absolutely useless and blames it on the covid situation. I paid 10$ for a shipping that was supposed to be free of charge for that product. The custom GPU cable build took weeks because of CNY. But still nothing in the letterbox.

Very efficient & friendly service with incredible scope of delivery. Multiple options for delivery as well. Wish I found this site earlier

German Version below. I orderd accidantaly the Wrong Cables. I contacted the Support, and now they ar making the right Cables for me, after getting to know which Cables i need. This was the greatest Support Contact over all shops i my Live! Big thank you! ------------- English Version Above.

Large choice of PC Mod products, goods price, all customization demands are possible. Great customer support by Chat or Email.

Great chat service. It was quick and responsive.

I have ordered from modDIY a number of times and the products have always been shipped briefly and have been of excellent quality, I'm using them for a number of years without any mishap. This time I was ordering custom cables and although the ordering system is a bit bumpy, the chat customer service was great in helping me pick out all the products I needed. Will use again!

Products are great and they have exceptional live chat support to go with it. Everything I need is here but they were missing my sleeving color I want which is a bummer! However, Carrie from support was great and she indicated to place the options in my comment so that they could possibly source my preferred cable color. I would recommend on the basis that they have a lot and everything you didn't know you needed!
