MODDIYReviews of moddiy.com

Excellent customer support! Had a question about how to use a specific products, received an instant answer!

These folks have everything I need for custom cables, and tons of stuff I don't need but want anyway. From now on this is my first stop for modding supplies.

I had to cancel my order pretty late—they were very good about it and refunded immediately. Talked to a real human very quickly. Thanks, will shop again!

Never received my item. Ordered my cable 2+ months ago. Covid is the blame for me not receiving my order. They promise 2 to 3 week delivery. Do not recommend this company

Their whole website says "Everything in stock!" including what I purchased. I even spent twice the cost to ship Fed Ex priority. Days go by, my item is in "preparing to ship" mode. No movement. I write them an email. They tell me "they are waiting for the factory to send the item to them and THEY should get it end of Feb. The date of the message was Feb 23 (there is only 5 days left in the month)... So I ask them to clarify if that meant it will be shipping out in a few days? They basically send me the same vague email. I look on their website, the same exact item I bought currently is showing "IN STOCK! ORDER NOW!" I go to the chat. It says "All items in stock!". I go to the customer service chat, it says an "agent is standing by!" I click on "chat with agent", and it says average time to respond is "1 hour". I say hello, and all it is is an automated system that asks for an email, and says they will get back to you. Been 4 hours. Hardly an agent "Ready to chat now", let alone a "1 hour response time". I'm sure most of these positive reviews are fake. There is NO WAY they are talking about the same company, at least honestly. Even the detailed reviews of products I read here are suspect. Living in a state that takes false advertising seriously, this kind of practice could be a a business ender if the company was local. Literally EVERYTHING on their website is a LIE. - They don't have anything in stock. - They won't tell you its out of stock unless the order is placed and running late. - They don't usually ship in 2 days. - $50 Fed Ex Expedite is not 2 day. - The 2 to 5 day shipping option they have is actually a 5 to 2 week shipping option. - They don't have an agent "standing by" its just an automated email system. - They can't mathmatically have a "average response time of 1 hour" if they only are only responding within an 8 hour period each day. This whole website is a bored lawyers treasure trove!

I have made three orders from MODDIY. The first on 1/12/2022 still has not arrived, not their fault due to slow shipping. The second ordered o 1/28/2022 I paid $39.95 for express shipping. Despite dozens of emails and messages to MODDIY, the order continues to sit at status "packing". Now for over 3 weeks. Three times I have been promised that order would ship next day. Never ships. The worst ever. If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. Avoid like the plague

Ordered 4 custom cables that where in stock ready to ship within 24hrs on the 29Jan2022. Today it’s 21Feb2022 and those cables still haven’t shipped. I payed extra for more premium shipping, supposedly shipping would be 2-4weeks and the item’s would be send the next day. Contacted support on 8feb2022 about the issue and the only response I got was we will ship the items soon, just to hear nothing for a week. Contacted support again on the 16Feb2022 got exactly the same answer, and still don’t have a tracking number and my order is still packing. I’ve probably been scammed. Update: 28/02/2022 on 24/02/2022 I have been in contact with support again. I learned that the items actually weren't in stock and they would receive them from the factory that day and send them within 24hrs. It's been a couple of days again and still no shipping confirmation and another false promise.

I ordered custom cable set 24.01.2022, after few days of waiting i wrote a ticket why is this delay. They replied there is a New Year holidays in China and noone work until 10 feb. Bad timming i said to myself.....but guess what, today is 18.02.2022 (25 day's since placed that order) It's almost a month and they didn't even ship product i paid for.
