Phenomenal Customer Support
My reason for 5 stars is the exceptional customer service I received dealing with an issue I had with my brand new sectional that got delivered. Two sectionals (out of five) had some stains. The delivery guys took pictures and told me to contact Modani’s customer support. First, I called the store, and Makayla told me to send an email and she immediately helped me file a claim. I didn’t have to follow up. She knew what to do, and did it immediately. Then, a day or two later, I get contacted via text by Jose (whom I had such a pleasant experience with). He was quick to respond to my texts, and he helped me set up a technician to come inspect my sectionals. When my schedule didn’t work with the technician’s schedule, Jose replied back in a courteous and patient manner. He worked with me to get the issue resolved. He took the initiative to follow up on a Monday, after the weekend had past. (Normally, with other companies, I’m the one to reach out to get the status or an update.) José suggested other solutions, and gave me a choice that worked for me. I would buy more furniture from Modani due to this experience. There’s comfort in knowing that if I purchase from Modani, and there’s an issue, they want to make it right. That’s valuable to me.
