Issues solved quickly
We ordered a Hiro king bed and a Casa queen bed, among other items, from Modani. The Hiro king bed needed two sets of king sized slats, but for some reason we received one king size and one queen size. The slat for the Casa queen bed was also missing one wood piece. We called Modani’s claim center and submitted the evidence of the issues. Our customer service agent Stephania helped us solve the issues very efficiently: we received the confirmation that the replacement parts were on the way shortly after we called. Besides this claim call, our other experiences with Modani customer service have also been very satisfactory.

Great customer service!
I’ve had some defective furniture delivered to my house, Gary in the customer service department has been very helpful with the process to replacing them. Eddie in sales has also followed up with me after the sale. Great team!

I had an issue with one of my delivered items

Modani furniture San Diego was great!
We had a great experience with Modani furniture in San Diego from beginning to end. We ordered four leather barstools, a leather sectional, an electric reclining chair, and two side tables. The furniture arrived very quickly, within a week of ordering. The “white glove service” delivery was spectacular. Two guys showed up on time and were extremely careful with setting up our furniture. They left no packaging and were fast. Our leather furniture is high quality and we love it. I’d absolutely buy again here, and actually did buy more today! Both of our salespeople Alex and Ryan were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
