Gary was very prompt in returning our call as we had an issue with one of the sectionals we ordered. It was simply too big for our space. Gary was very professional, thorough and helpful. Within a 3 minute conversation Gary had worked out a good solution and we received an e mail confirming all that was discussed. Great customer service and Gary was a star.

I called yesterday August 15th,Modani in Tampa, explaining a situation that happened more than a year ago. They told me a Customer service representative from Miami will contact me in the next two days. Gary text me today August 16th, then we spoke of the phone. He is very professional and cordial to speak to. Not only understood and resolved my problem. He was very thorough explaining cost, time frames for delivery partial parts of a bed that I owned from Modani, policies from third party company who deliver their furniture. I am very happy that everything got solved with no hassle. Thank you Gary!
