Michelle in customer service did the seemingly impossible task of expediting a shipment of missing dresser handles. Instead of a likely 3-4 week ETA for the shipment, they arrived in less than 3 days! I am very grateful for her gracious and superb customer service. Thank you, Michelle!

Ordered a sofa from Modani and the recliner section did not work properly. I was able to text a claim which is incredibly convenient. Gary, the customer service representative, texted back almost immediately and asked for some information. Once I sent the information in I was contacted by phone and given a variety of solutions. Not even 15 minutes later I was sent a confirmation that a new recliner section was ordered. Gary was very friendly and professional! I appreciate him as well as this exceptionally expedient system!! Hands down the best customer service I’ve encountered in the past 5 years.
