DO NOT SHOP here, they sell you the item but they don't deliver, they make you sit home and wait for delivery so i called after waiting and waiting they said oh it is not going to happen tonight we can deliver in 10 days , if i dint call them they wouldn't even bother to let me know, they charged my credit card a month ago and i was still waiting for my furniture so I decided to cancel and the manager was so ride all she said was aha aha, and i had to cancel my order

They deliver furniture in a box and wont open it and ask you to sign a receipt that you have received your items in good condition without seeing the furniture. Chair that i ordered was missing a cushion and called customer service 7 times and god recording and left a message and no one called me back. I would never purchase anything from them anymore.

Ridiculous customer service- I posted a review on dec 7th and dec 9th I see a response that some one will call us to resolve the issue. It's been more than a month nothing from modani. Please call back or else we will have to legal route for this pathetic custom service of yours. Our order number is 427172.

Communication has been horrible. Multiple calls and even stopped into the showroom. No one will call back or can give us status on a piece we purchased 2 weeks ago that we were told was in stock. We even tried to cancel it and no one knew how to do that either! From point of sale modani really wasn't helpful at all we stood around for 20 minutes being ignored while trying to make the initial purchase. Went in here wanting to furnish our new home. Still waiting for a returned call from a manager from 2 days ago. Called corporate, oh big surprise..got a voicemail mid day. So unprofessional all around! Currently purchasing our new dining and living set elsewhere!

We were asked to choose our delivery days, 1st and 2nd choice. Those dates have passed and we have not received a call from the delivery company to schedule our merchandise. I called the Fountain Valley store and was told that they will call the evening prior to scheduled delivery. We are still waiting without a time frame. Accountability is nonexistent. We will not shop with Modani again!

Ordered an expensive table from them their delivery crew identified a defect the store manager ordered them to leave the table but promised me a new one would be brought out the following week. A month later and half dozen phone calls I still have a defective table!!!

Horrible customer experience. Bought a dining table and chairs online. Delivered a marble top with a gigantic crack in the middle. Was told by deliveryman that they will replace it, and I just have to attest to the fact that I request a replacement. No communication from Modani. Emailed them the picture the same day. No response. Called the next Day, after half an hour on hold they hung up. Called the next day, this time they forwarded me to answer machine land. I emailed, left voice message and called again. I told them I am not happy with the experience, but was told the person in charge is having lunch and they will get back to me. They never did. They certainly convinced me of the unprofessionalism. If you want the same experience, go ahead and buy from them, otherwise save your hard earned cash for a business worthy of your trust.

What a bad quality products and no admission of responsibility!!! I purchased a dining room chair that collapsed about 3 years after purchasing it while it was hardly being used They say buying cheap will cost you more.....Modani's products are the perfect example!!!
