First I spoke with Gary who listened carefully and referred me right over to Barbara in customer service. I had a very frustrating experience prior with the store I was dealing with. She listened carefully and rectified the problem with a text back in 5 minutes. Ver y professional and diligent 5 stars

Excellent support
Had a issue with the mattress delivered to us and Modani replaced it without any hassle and they are Prompt in delivery.

Although at first we had many setbacks…
Although at first we had many setbacks when purchasing the bloom couch due to inconsistencies with the warehouse and manufacturers, Gary was able to save the day. Gary from customer service was very patient with us and helped us solve our problem. We are very happy with his services!

Modani’s furniture is high quality
Modani’s furniture is high quality. I love everything but I had an issue with the nightstand because it’s was too low for me. I contact customer service and Barbara took care of everything. She was very easy to work with. She made great suggestions, she offered a way to resolve return but it was just too low and she took care of me. After that experience , I ordered three pieces from them!!
