Don’t even think of giving this company your business. I placed an Order in October 2020 for a set of dining chairs. It took me seven calls to Modani’s answering service and two of their stores to finally get in contact with a representative with an update on our order. I was then misinformed as to the date of the shipment’s arrival: first told chairs were arriving a week before Thanksgiving, second, that they were expected on 11/25. Sure enough, there was no shipment on any of these dates nor was there an update from Modani, and we had no dining chairs on Thanksgiving. When the chairs finally arrived, I discovered they were defective. Again, no contact from Modani! Needless to say I will not be doing business with them again.

TERRIBLE customer service EVERRRRRR! Purchased a dining table set, which was delivered in the second week of October. One of the chair had come defective so was sent back and reported claim for replacement of the defective item. The customer service people never takes your call in the first hand or return your call. After 'n' number of attempts luckily someone picked up the call and said the defective item will be replaced by 2nd week of November, its November 29th and as before there is nobody to answer from the other side.

Terrible customer service EVERRRRRRR I opened a claim regarding a damage console table they got me, I called the store, it’s already a month and nobody contacted me back, this is ridiculous !

I purchased the cama grey king bed on 9/25/20 in Atlanta. Ashton was very helpful with my purchase. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I have to say. I was delivered the incorrect wings which were for a queen size bed. I made calls and sent pictures of the mistake. Only for modani to send another delivery person out on 11/18/20 to verify my detailed pictures and back and forth between customer service and myself, and they did not even have the correct replacement part. Its 11/24/20 and my issue has still not been resolved. The customer support is awful and I was told that this issue was not exclusive to me, but was a common occurrence. I regret making this purchase at modani and will never purchase anything else there again, I just want what I paid for.

last week we went there ...there were no one to greet...employees were there but they were all “look busy do nothing” ....never asked if we want any assistance and all...they should learn some basic ethics to how to deal with customer ...they can learn from CANTONI employees.. they the most High end furniture store in Dallas and have the greatest employees.

I had a terrible experience qith modani i bought a hiro dresser and matching hiro night stand, both came damaged , the dresser broken on the side and front and with missing screws in a few places. One of the nightstands also missing screws on the side. I tried calling to have them picked up and get a full refound to buy elsewhere but got no reply. I just sent everything documented with pictures to my lawer. Anyone with this issue we should file a lawsuit for inapropiet business toghether. This people are selling a falls image online woth highend products and you end up receiving 3rd quality at a very expensive price.

BEWARE. I wish I read the reviews on here, and on yelp and on BBB. This company is rated “F” on the Better Business Bureau. That’s the lowest rating you can get. Trust what everyone says on here. Stay away. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a retail store.

I have called Customer Support numerous times and nobody answers. A couple of days ago, I called and the pre-recorded message stated that the average wait time was 25 minutes. 1 hour and 53 minutes later, I gave up and hung up the phone. Honestly, I don't think there is phone support anymore. I sent an email and received a confusing reply that I should contact them via email. Huh? The stores in the Chicago are closed (due to Covid-19), but my guess is the pandemic will force them to close their doors permanently. Trying to contact someone at Customer Support may be a futile effort at this point.
