Upon further investigation of this case, I noticed that you are a returning customer, and we just wanted to say that we appreciate your continued business and we will always thrive to improve the product and services we offer! We see that you placed the order in December 2022 and reached out to us in March this year regarding the issue with your fixture. We have issued a replacement driver to be shipped to you to help resolve the issue as we noticed that you or your electrician had alter the wires of the fixture, which could be the reason why the fixture is no longer working. We shipped the replacement for you in March 2023 but really regretful to hear that things are not working! We are happy to send you a full replacement because we value your business.
