All our products go through strict quality control during production and rigorous quality inspections and postproduction to ensure we meet quality standards and requirements! We offer you exquisite lights of premium quality for an affordable price, and if our lights did not meet your standard, we do apologize for that. We send our products flatpack to save space and most of our lights are too big to be shipped assembled, I hope you understand. We are trying to improve all our instruction manuals for a better understanding of our consumers and we do offer video installation guides for some of our products. We will surely assist you with the refund and our team will also offer some other options that you might consider.
